Nina Kraviz, Red Axes, Skygaze, FJAAK, Facta, El_Txef_A or Balza will be part of the largest edition of the festival to date
Dantz Festival unfolds its definitive poster for the sixth edition of the festival.
Dantz Festival 2022 will take place on September 8, 9 and 10 at different venues for each of the days.
For this edition, the theme of the festival revolves around the concept remains, flows, magma. In this way, reference is made to the values received from past generations and that are transmitted to the future, leaving traces in their environment. Sustainability and the conception of the use of resources as a sign of progress are also pillars of the concept.
On September 8th Dantz Festival will start on the terraces of the Kursaal with Dantz Point at 19:00h.
The refined Loreak selector, impregnated with glitch electronic touches, will participate in this day accompanied by the Bizkaia DJ Miravalles, a regular of the Euskal Herria booths in the last 5 years and Orphidal, DJ for almost two decades, producer and co-founder of the Pitch Down label.
On September 9th the festival will take place in three venues of Tabakalera and its surroundings.
The kick-off will be free and for all audiences in Nestor Basterretxea Square from 17:00h to 21:00h. Akazie, Matvoice, Kimho and Lagant will perform there. In addition, from 19:00h to 21:00h you can enjoy the free live shows of Abyme Nabar and Enrique del Castillo in KUTXA KULTUR KLUBA.
In the evening, from 21:00 to 00:00h, the main role will be the Patio de Tabakalera Room with the live of The Two Mamarrachos and the German duo FJAAK. Those who stay wanting more can come to the TABA de Tabakalera bar, which will host the performances of Modulor, Neska and Dans from 0:00h to 03:30h.
As a final touch, on the last day of the festival, on September 10, DJ Bihotza will offer the free Heartz Family event from 12.00h to 13:30h at Kutxa Kultur Plaza. In the afternoon the Miramón amphitheater will host from 17:00h to 00:00h the performances of Red Axes, Nina Kraviz and El_Txef_A (Aitor Etxebarria).
The festival will celebrate its closure in Sala Patio de Tabakalera from 00:00h to 06:00 with artists such as Arizonako Billy, Chloé Robinson, Facta and Jailed Jamie aka Skygaze.
