The XP conference will take place from November 28 to 30 and the Soundstorm festival from December 1 to 3
During the last two decades the events and entertainment scene in Saudi Arabia has grown with the private support of events and festivals.
In 2016, the General Entertainment Authority was created, which managed to make such private events public. At that time MDLBEAST began to create what would be the largest festival in the region: Soundstorm.
Soundstorm was the biggest festival in the area, a meeting on epic scales with international artists, hardcore music fans and young people looking for inspiration in a previously forbidden industry.
The festival became a space where the Saudi juventus expressed itself freely and opened the doors to alternative forms of creative expression.
MDLBEAST has prepared two events for this 2022 that aim to boost the industry in Riyadh again.
From November 28 to 30, the XP Music Conference will be held for three days in which it is intended to amplify the futures of music throughout the Middle East. Workshops, debates and round tables, networking opportunities and musical activations will be prepared. XP will expand opportunities for music industry professionals from all walks of life, from artists to public and political decision-makers.
In addition, the Soundstorm festival will be held again from December 1 to 3 and will feature more than 150 headliners accompanied by local and regional talents. So far, the festival has confirmed the performances of Alesso, Amelie Lens, Armin van Buuren, Camelphat, Carl Cox, Charlotte de Witte, David Guetta, Deadmau5, DJ Snake, Eric Prydz, Major Lazer, Martin Garrix, Paul Kalkbrenner, R3hab, Tiësto, Steve Aoki, Vintage Culture and many more.
