The showcases of Taturana Records are a must for the public of the interior paulista

Taturana Records is a Brazilian music label, based in Bauru, which began taking its first steps in 2016.

Since then, it has been consolidating itself as one of the main centers of the Midwest of São Paulo by transcending the scope of the label and becoming a movement to promote local electronic music. Shaking up the city, The crew signs a monthly showcase at Üne Bauru, a famous place in the region for great parties.

Created by the compatible wishes of a group of friends, the motivation of the founders and those involved in the Taturana movement is noble and genuine: to promote the growth of the local scene – which had lost strength in previous years – and to be a door to new names.

In this “game” there have already been more than forty events, with rising names and local talents, in addition to injecting forces into the movement, since, gradually, more people have been identifying and attending.

“Just like the label, the family atmosphere prevails in the showcases, both for the artist and the public. We managed to interact very well with both, so that everyone wins, the artist has an incredible experience, with the vibe, the joy, and the audience too, with very close contact with the artist who is often someone’s idol there. Everyone feels at home,” says Gê Marzzano, co-founder of the label.

Currently, showcase has a strong team of residents with Cityburn, Thomaz Krauze, GIOC, Venttura, San Ferraz, Pernambuco, Sonvesso, Mono, Lex Mazzini and G DOM, some of the DJs who are always present.

In addition to the local team, hot names from the national scene have already passed through there. Only in 2022: Brisotti, Classmatic, Molothav and Whighle, artists that the team admires both as a DJ and in music production.

But the team reinforces that Taturana Records continues with the aim of launching and making room for new talent. “Our showcases currently have a predominance of the Tech House, but we are open and have released tracks from the different strands of the house that fit into the sets of the residents.

Aiming for an evolution of its own business, the label will expand its search to bring more releases and even tie a release on the label, with special gig on showcase.

In terms of rolê, you can already put it on the radar, because in July the crew receives the artist F-LIMA and the duo MITA (BR) for the showcase at Üne, this Saturday (16), in Bauru.
